Partners in Stride is a small Maine-based equestrian facility in Pittston, Maine offering a variety of services and natural horsemanship. Specializing in green and so-called problem horses, owner and trainer, Lucy van Summern, uses a method of partnership training to connect with the horse.

Lucy has admired and loved horses since she was a little girl. Horses have played a huge role in her life. She's spent many years educating herself and learning from many different trainers.
Lucy is certified ProTrack trainer and became a Centered Riding Level I Instructor in 2008. She has also competed at the novice level of combined training events.
Partners in Stride offers services in natural horsemanship for all levels of training and riding, including children, new riders of all ages, those returning to horses after a break or experienced horsemen who want to improve in a specific area. Private, semi-private, or group riding lessons, and customized equestrian clinics are also offered.
